One proof and two amendment proofs will be provided free of charge. Any additional proofs will be charged at $25.00 per set. Once approved, printing of your stationery will commence. Printing will not proceed until we have received a signed/emailed proof approval and completed guest lists.
Whilst all due care is taken when creating artwork on occasion an error/typo may occur. It is a really good idea to get someone with a fresh pair of eyes to also check –just to make sure that you haven’t missed anything. Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are reprinted at the clients’ expense regardless of how the error occurred. If an error has been made by Onepost, you can be assured that this will be rectified at our expense, immediately.
If you have selected to have your guest names and address’s printed, Onepost requires that you supply this information in the templates provided. These can be accessed in the personalization wizard located on your chosen invitation product page or through the personlization management link located at the top right of the site above log in.
These can be easily downloaded to your computer, simply enter the required information and upload. All text in the guest list must be typed as you wish for it to appear. All spelling and set-out must be correct. Onepost does not check your guest list and what you have saved will be printed on your stationery.
If you wish to add extra names or changes to your guest list a new guest list must be sent. Any mistakes incurred from your guest list is not Onepost’s responsibility. If re-prints are requested there will be additional costs advised by us.
Invitations made by Onepost are done so to the highest quality and standards. Please keep in mind that all invitations are handmade and slight differences can occur.
All signed off artwork is kept on file and we are more than happy to reprint extras, a minimum $35.00 charge will apply. Shipping is not included in the minimum charge. Please be sure to calculate your names and numbers accurately. Re prints could prove costly and due to the production time it takes we cannot allow any exceptions.
If your printed order is urgent you can request that this will leave our store within 5 business days from approval of artwork. An express handling fee of $75.00 will be added to your order. You will be notified if this is possible within the time frame requested.
Onepost recommends that you purchase a sample of the invitation design that you would like to order. This ensures that the invitation is the right size, look and feel for your event.
