Most orders that are DIY products and are in stock will leave our store within 1-3 working days. Items that are out of stock can take up to 7 days.  If you have ordered something that is out of stock with our suppliers, an email will be sent to you and a time frame of when that product shipment will be in.  We will check that this is suitable for you. Please allow time for Australia Post to deliver. Below are examples of possible scenarios for time frames.

Invitations that are made by Onepost can take up to three weeks from approval of artwork.  We endeavor to have all of our print orders leave the store within 5 days from sign off.  Please allow time for Australia Post to deliver.

If you order DIY products in large quantities that are in stock,it will leave our store within 1-3 business days.
Large quantities that are out of stock can take up to 14 days to be dispatched. These orders are handled upon request and we will advise of the time frame prior to taking the order.
Note discounts may apply to large quantity orders.

DIY Orders
If your order is urgent and we are out of stock on those DIY items, you can request an urgent delivery and a $50.00 express handling fee will be added to your order (does not include freight charges). This type of order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, provided the stock is available.
Printed & assembled stationery by Onepost
If your printed order is urgent you can request that this will leave our store within 5 business days from approval of artwork. An express handling fee of $75.00 will be added to your order.You will be notified if this is possible within the time frame requested.
