    Personalizing your invitations at Onepost is quick and easy. Visit each specially marked blue star tab on the location bar, begin by selecting the stationery you wish to personalize.
    Save even more time. By taking the time to fill in your event details we will automatically fill in your personal details into the wording options of your choice. You can view different options without having to retype any of your information.

    Once you have selected an invitation design click on the green “personalize this item” button. This will take you through to the Onepost personalization wizard.

    If you see an invitation design that you would like to buy now -because it is on sale- you can always buy that product and personalize it at a later date. To access at a later date simply click on the personalizations link located at the top right hand corner of any page on this website.

    Personalizing your invitations is quick and easy. First choose the event that you are celebrating from the drop down menu then select the check boxes of the stationery you wish to personalize.

    Once you have selected the different items that you wish to personalize, you can either click on the green proceed button below, click on the green arrow located in each corner of this window or you can at any time select different pages from the location bar above.

    Don't forget to access at a later date simply click on the personalizations link located at the top right hand corner of any page on this website.

    Save even more time. Enter your event details into this form and we will automatically insert this information into the wording options of your choice.
    Experiment and view different options without having to retype any of your information.

    A couple of tips:
    1)
    Don’t abbreviate –spell out everything. The only abbreviations should be Mr., Mrs. or Ms.. All names should be written out and all street names and states spelt out.

    2) Don’t type in CAPS type all text using upper and lower case.

    Selecting your wording
    Once you have finished filling out your event details select the stationery item on the second location bar that needs personalizing. Invitations are used to invite your guests to your event and include important details such as the host(s) name(s), as well as the date, time and the location.
    The way you word your invitation should express the type of celebration you are having. Select a wording that you would like to see from the “view sample invitation wording” you can browse a large selection of different wordings that you can easily choose from.
    If you filled in the event details form all of your information will be inserted into the correct fields. Alternatively you can type your own wording directly into the text editor. The wording you have chosen will be sent through to a design consultant and your first proof will be emailed within 3 business days.

    Your font style can change the whole look of your invitation!
    Select a font that complements your invitation, which is appropriate for the tone of your event and expresses your personal style.
    If you really love the look of the invitation you have chosen and don’t want to change simply select from the drop down menu “use font shown in the invitation displayed”.
    Feel free to choose something different from the “view body & highlighted font styles” and your invitation will be designed using your selected font.
    You can also choose from “view initial style fonts” initials that you may like to use in your design. And “view special fonts” gives you Hebrew and design symbols & icons.

    Downloading guest lists
    We have made it easy for you to supply all of your guest information. Simply download our templates and save to your computer and begin entering the guest details.

    You can continue working on your guest names & address list while a design consultant begins the proofing process of your stationery.

    Note: printing of your stationery can only begin once you have supplied a final guest names & addresses list.
    This list can be uploaded on the print approval page in your personalization management area, located at the top right corner of any page.

    When required

    Here you will fill out the date(s) that your order is required. Please remember that you will need to allow 3 weeks production time from the date you approve all artwork, before your completed stationery will be dispatched.

    Tip: Your guest should receive their invitations 6-8 weeks prior to a wedding date and around 4-6 weeks for parties. When your stationery has been purchased these details will be forwarded to a design consultant and you will receive you your first set of digital proofs within 3 working days.
    Note: you can proceed to checkout without finalizing your event details, if you have registered and are logged in any information you have entered will be saved.
    After you purchase these items you can easily access this information by logging into 'personalization's' located at the top right hand side of the page.

    Personalization management

    ‘Personalization's’ is located in the top right corner of any web page and this is where you access any saved information. Clicking on ‘personalization's’ will automatically bring up a login window, simply log in and access your saved data. 
    After logging in you will be able to view all personalization records by clicking search. You will be able to view and edit your personalization form by clicking the edit button on the chosen record. Also you will be able to view the current status of your stationery for example what stage your artwork is at, whether its being printed and cut or has been completed.
    Please note that amendments to all proofs done by a design consultant will be changes made by email. Your wordings can only be edited by you up until the time you submit for a first proof viewing.

    Once you have finalized your wordings you will need to go to the ‘confirmation page’ here you can confirm all details and submit your information to a Onepost design consultant.
    This is also where you will upload all guest list files and approve all artwork before printing can begin.
